Overall responsibility
To achieve the sales target of the company through effective implementation of marketing strategies & system.
Principal accountability
Visiting customers in allotted region
Generate Inquiries and study customer applications.
Generate data to discuss customer application internally and accordingly generate costing to quote the customer.
Negotiate value of PO with customer along with the other terms and conditions
Project Review & follow-up with various departments
Ensure payment as per mutually agreed payment schedules.
Timely reporting of monthly and weekly MIS & regular updating of enquiries in Sales Force (online sales/CRM module).
Follow-up for opening (with finance at TOX®) & closing (with finance at customer) of Bank Guarantee.
Follow-up for payment after completion of project.
Collection of expired Bank Guarantee.
