Engineer Design (m/f/x)

• Preparing concept of machine

• Calculation of energy, stress, deflection analysis

• Selection of appropriate bought out and mechanism drawing

• Preparing layout of concept in CAD

• Preparation of Bills of material

• Preparation of detail drawing for Assembly, Manufacturing by selecting material and their heat treatment / surface treatment.

• Interact with controls department for electrical logic & function.

• Interact with manufacturing team, assembly & control team and customer to help in building the machine as per the customer’s requirement.

• Machine prove outs and acceptance activities

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• 3–5 years of experience in machine design (preferably in SPM or industrial equipment).

• Strong proficiency in Pro-E (Creo) for CAD design.

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

• Detail-oriented, a strong team player, and an effective communicator.
