Engineer Controls (m/f/x)

• Understanding of project requirements and controls Architecture.

• Detailed hardware design by selection of various automation components

• Execute Design Detailing (Electrical EPLAN Wiring Diagrams, Panel Layout, BOM release, Specification Sheet release and Documentation).

• Designing & Coding the required PLC & HMI program (Conforming to the Company Standards)

• Integration of controls system with machine.

• Proving the Application - including System Integration Components & Sub-systems, Customer Equipment Interface

• Machine testing & installation at site

• Onsite service support

• PLC Interfacing with third party devices, with other PLCs and HMIs.

• Knowledge  & Integration of TOX^® products.

• All other activities which are required for operation of controls department & company.

• New product search and check feasibility to use.

• Cost reduction  & Project Planning

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or B.E. E&TC.

• 3-5 years of experience in control systems, automation, and PLC programming.

• Hands-on experience with Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi PLCs, and HMI programming.

• Proficient in EPLAN for electrical drawings.

• Ability to travel for site visits and support installations.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
